At RegnaVita Studios, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1 Open the Chinese Forge app on your device.
2 Navigate to the Profile screen and tap the Account Settings icon button on the top right.
3 Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings and select Account Security.
4 Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
5 Confirm the prompt. Your account and cloud sync records will be purged immediately.

Deleting your account will completely purge your local vocabulary progress and cloud sync data. This action does not automatically cancel active recurring premium billings. Active subscriptions must be cancelled manually within your Apple App Store or Google Play Store manage subscription menu.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled Chinese Forge and wish to delete your account and all associated cloud data without reinstalling the app:

Please send an email from the email address registered with your Chinese Forge account to hello@regnavita.com with the subject line "Chinese Forge Account Deletion Request".

Please include in your request:

The email request must be sent directly from the email address associated with your Chinese Forge account (or your Apple / Google Sign-In relay address) for identity verification and account safety.

Our support team will verify your ownership, execute the permanent purge from our database, and send a confirmation email within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

User profile, authentication credentials, and user preferences.
Spaced-repetition (FSRS) vocabulary & grammar decks and learning mastery statistics.
Saved reading shelf bookmarks, article reading stats, and offline cache records.
Associated OAuth authentication tokens and session identifiers.

Important Notice on Recurring Subscriptions

Deleting your account immediately revokes access to Premium Scholar features, but it does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To avoid ongoing charges, please manage or cancel your subscription directly in your Apple ID or Google Play Store subscription settings.
